Tiny House Build - hOMe

Wood warms a tiny mobile home

We love the use of wood in this tiny 207 sq ft house created and built by husband and wife team, Andrew and Gabriella Morrison. It is a modern and mobile house that meets America’s road rules and doesn’t require a transport permit.

Called hOMe, it blows away the traditional perceptions of life in a mobile home thanks to the exterior’s wood cladding – that will age beautifully – and the rich wood surfaces used for the interiors. It all works well to give the home a warm but contemporary feel.

It is designed to be a liveable home, with a full-sized kitchen, comfortably-sized staircase leading to the master bedroom, plenty of storage, a home office and even a bathroom with a regular size sink, shower and toilet.

Plus, the architectural plans to build your own hOMe are available from Tiny House Build. The professional plans are drafted with the novice builder in mind and use basic building techniques anyone can learn.

The plans to build your own hOMe are available for purchase via Tiny House Build. And, of course, if you’re thinking of creating your own tiny house Kronospan has the surface decor trends to inspire your tiny interior ambitions.
