‘CATable’ by designer Ruan Hao

A wooden table – for playful cats.

If you’ve ever had a problem with cats pouncing and lounging on your keyboard while you try to work then a table that distracts cats has to be a good thing…

The ‘CATable’ by designer Ruan Hao – from the architectural firm LYCS – is a strange piece of furniture that doubles as a playground for your cat. It is specially designed with smooth organic looking tunnels that cats can’t help but explore and fall a sleep in while you work.

It’s a beautiful piece with a honeycombed, otherworldly look. The tunnels wonderfully reveal more of the wood and its rich grains and colours. We love it, and by all accounts so do cats.
