Recline while you work

We’re not sure we’d get away with this unusual office desk here at Kronospan but that’s not to say we wouldn’t mind trying it out.

Graduate student Minna Magnusson has created this work space as a means of exploring the different ways we now work using mobile devices, like laptops and tablets. It’s a quirky cross between a desk and a lounge chair that is designed to hold the worker, and the worker holds the work – if that makes sense?

The project was created for the ‘In Contrast’ exhibition, Beckmans College of Design in Stockholm, Sweden.
