Flat-pack luxury with a new surface

Furnishing your home on a tight budget can be great fun and Ikea is often where people start. But we’ve all walked through someone’s home or seen a room set image and said straightaway, “That’s an Ikea room.”

It’s hard to get a unique interior look on a budget.

Well, a Swedish furniture company called Superfront have come up with a smart solution by designing fronts, side panels, tops, legs and handles for Ikea’s Pax, Faktum and Besta so you can customize the products.

They call is ‘flat-pack luxury’ and we call it ‘simple and brilliant’. Instantly you can create unique furniture with interesting surface features and textures (which we know something about).

We thoroughly recommend taking a look at Superfront here or have a go at creating your own surface facades for your production-line furniture.
