How to do interior photography

Those wonderful creative champions over at It’s Nice That have highlighted the beautiful sunlit interior photography of Johannes Romppanen.

The shoot was for Monocle magazine under the lovely title of Cosy Residence. The photographs warm our hearts on yet another snowy winter’s day.

Natural light, unfussy angles and homely detail give the spaces a welcoming and emotional feel that lifts the images far above the usual detached show home type fare.
