Trett Design.

Kent-based interior designer, Neil Trett, has launched his own studio, Trett Design, producing a range of interior pieces that are crafted to be modern, elegant, charming and timeless. With 100% Design, the UK’s largest design show, taking place at Earl’s Court in September, Trett will be using this event to exhibit his work for the first time (another reason not to miss 100% Design). The collection will consist of his ‘Time’ chair, ‘Place’ bedside table, and the charismatic ‘Stag’ coat stand.

Trett’s individual designs are concentric to a specific idea that permeates out from the finished piece, all of which are crafted from American Black Walnut, which is then subtly contrasted with the injection of colour. Trett manages to stylise and tailor each individual piece to it’s specific theme or idea, though he retains his unique aesthetic quality for combining pronounced and strong edges and shapes with interposed curvatures and arches.
