Tom Sutton’s Retro Innovations

Tom Sutton, a British designer, was trained as a metalsmith and furniture designer. A brilliant combination of elegance and functionality, his work is also fun, colourful, and really embraces a retro, 60s kind of feel.

His wall cells, a freestyle modular shelving and table system, are both innovative and artistic. They can be rearranged and reconfigured, horizontal or vertical.

The Series 28 range still has the retro feel, but while it has a slightly more conventional aesthetic, the design still plays with your intuitive sense of balance.

Check out his site above for more – there’s some really amazing stuff on there!
