LDK’s Reclaimed Shipwood Table

We’re always delighted here at the Design Forum when designers use reclaimed materials from to create something new and beautiful, so finding this table on Fashion for Home was areal treat.

Based in New Zealand, LDK uses antique pieces of recycled ship wood from trade boats used on the Pearl, Li, Yangtze and Huang Rivers in Southern China.

The rustic table top contrasts perfectly with the steel legs, and would definitely give character to any interior. Click the links for more info.
