See behind the scenes of the D&AD Awards

From Monday April 16 to Wednesday April 18 the D&AD is giving you an exclusive insight into the standard and judging process for this year’s Yellow Pencil Awards – for free!

You can book a tour to explore the space which the D&AD creates as a temporary home for exceptional ideas, a place to showcase outstanding craft. The work exhibited in this magical grotto will be considered, appraised and possibly awarded a coveted Yellow Pencil.

During the tours they’ll tell you about the nature of the discussions that take place. They’ll even explain the criteria, in situ. You certainly won’t be able to influence the decisions (although it would be fun to try), but you’ll definitely understand what’s at the heart of D&AD.

It’s a great idea and an unbelievable opportunity to remove the veil of mystery that surrounds judging by letting you experience a guided tour in the Olympia, Hammersmith Road in London.
